This project seeks to strengthen participants’ self-confidence and communication skills, promote habits of healthy living, manage their emotions and deepen critical thinking in a virtual world.
During the project various practical seminars will be held on the project topics: “How to connect with others?” (Ugnius Savickas, business consultant, team building expert) “The impact of healthy lifestyle habits on our mental health” (Eglė Ramuckytė, violinist), “Critical thinking in virtual reality” (Rasa Jauniškienė, Founder of the Centre for Digital Ethics) “Discover your uniqueness and self-confidence” (Rita Čepinskienė, “Head of Human Resources, Nasdaq Lithuania), “Recognize your emotions” (Lina Stonienė, psychotherapist). Experiential activities and games will be organised: team building and trusting tasks, hiking and physical activity, art therapy, festival organization. There will be video reviews and various discussions about the possibilities and threats of social networks, video games, quality recreation, the power of friendship. The schedule includes time for sports and outdoor activities, fun and creative evening programs, excursions and outings. For those who want, there will be an opportunity to attend daily Mass, go to Confession and deepen Catholic faith.
All the activities will be held in English.
Project will take place in “Pine forest” resort („Pušyno“ stovyklavietė), Jadagonys village, Zapyškis, Kaunas district.
Participation fee: 280 euros.
If you can, support girls with fewer opportunities. A discount is available for girls from large and disadvantaged families.
Before the camp, we will invite families whose girls will be attending the camp for the first time for an interview.
